Responsibilities
- Sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, and umbrella.
- Develop commercial insurance accounts, including workers’ compensation, business owners policies, commercial auto, and other business coverage.
- Identify life insurance opportunities and conduct needs-based conversations.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, referrals, and existing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a daily sales pipeline.
- Meet monthly production goals and participate in coaching.
- Explain coverage clearly and recommend appropriate protection rather than competing on price alone.
- Build referral relationships with local businesses and professionals.
- Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license, or willingness and ability to obtain required licensing.
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Coachable, competitive, accountable, and comfortable with measurable goals.
- Ability to work in the Norman office Monday–Friday.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Prior insurance sales experience is preferred; strong sales candidates from other industries may be considered.
