Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions? Micah Buzzard Farmers Insurance is looking for a driven Remote Sales Producer to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow. You'll work with prospective and existing customers, develop new business, and build lasting client relationships—all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with leads and referrals to connect with prospective customers (LEADS PROVIDED!)
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Prospect for new business through outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
• Prepare quotes and help customers through the sales process.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred. Candidates with strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience are encouraged to apply.
