- Enter customer and risk information accurately into agency and carrier systems.
- Organize applications and prepare information for insurance quotes.
- Check submissions for missing information and follow up with the team.
- Track quote status and help keep records organized.
- Support producers with basic administrative and quoting tasks.
- Learn personal and commercial insurance products through structured training.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow agency procedures.
- Develop toward more advanced responsibilities as skills and performance improve.
- No prior insurance experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and professional phone etiquette.
