The internship opportunity will be a 12-week program running from late May to mid-August 2027.

What You Will Do
This internship will provide meaningful experience in the EH&S space, but will also focus in on one of the following focus areas: Environmental; Health & Safety (H&S); or Process Safety Management (PSM).
* Environmental
- Support environmental compliance programs through inspections, permitting activities, and environmental documentation.
- Assist with stormwater, waste management, and regulatory reporting activities.
- Participate in field inspections and work with contractors and site personnel to support environmental compliance.
* Health & Safety
- Partner with operations and site personnel to support safe work practices, permitting activities, and safety initiatives.
- Assist with safety programs, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Help identify and solve workplace safety challenges across the facility.
* Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Support process safety programs through documentation management, compliance activities, and risk reduction initiatives.
- Assist with process safety systems, reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze data and support efforts that help maintain safe and reliable plant operations.
* Across All Focus Areas
- Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams to solve problems and create value for the business.
- Take ownership of meaningful projects and present findings and recommendations to site stakeholders.
Physical Requirements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligible for full-time employment before or by May 2028.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
- Willing and able to meet all physical requirements.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or process improvement projects.
- Previous internship, research, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
