The Jennifer Keesler Agency with Farmers Insurance in Corunna is looking for a motivated and dependable Outbound Lead Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role is focused on high-volume outbound outreach to prospective customers, generating qualified opportunities and setting the stage for our sales team to close.

This will be a part-time role with the option to promote to full-time.
What You’ll Do
Make 50 to 75 outbound calls per day to warm and aged leads
Follow call scripts and outreach guidelines while maintaining a natural, professional conversation
Identify interest and basic qualification for insurance needs
Accurately document call activity and notes in our system
Schedule follow-ups or transfer qualified opportunities to the business development team
Maintain consistent daily activity and performance standards
This role does not require closing sales. Your focus is generating qualified conversations and opportunities.

Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Prior call center, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
