Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer to join our Farmers Insurance Northern district team! As an Insurance producer with Farmers, you will be responsible for providing customer service and selling insurance policies that best fit our customers needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of various insurance products and policies
- Building and maintaining a client base by establishing a rapport
- Assessing customer needs
- Reaching agencies set sales goals
- Generate New Business sales via a multitude of lead sources
Requirements
- Be comfortable with a sales-related career based on commission and obtaining sales-related goals
- Must have, or obtain, General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses from the state of Colorado(within 30 days)
- Self-confidence, perseverance, and the ability to remain positive and maintain progress towards goals despite obstacles and adversity
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills and ability to anticipate and overcome objections
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and act effectively with minimal direction at times
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience developing and following a prospecting plan
- A track record of exceeding sales goals
