- Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy.
- Support office management activities including supply ordering, mail distribution, and record keeping.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails via Google Workspace, and updating databases like QuickBooks or other office software.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service roles preferred.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry and proofreading required.
- Knowledge of office management procedures, clerical tasks, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is advantageous).
