Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation
Build lasting client relationships through personalized insurance consultations and outstanding service
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Utilize our CRM to track leads, manage renewals, and maintain accurate records
Stay current on products, regulations, and Farmers Insurance best practices
Collaborate with teammates in our high-energy, supportive culture
What You Bring
1 year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence and positivity in outbound calling and closing deals
A coachable mindset with a learner’s attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
