What You’ll Be Doing
Connect with potential clients and convert leads into new business
Get to know clients’ needs and create personalized insurance plans
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Foster long-term client relationships with ongoing support and check-ins
Surpass sales goals to drive agency growth
Stay current on product offerings and compliance requirements
Use our CRM to organize leads, track follow-ups, and handle renewals
Bring fresh ideas to team meetings and help shape sales plans
Who We’re Looking For
Previous sales experience or a proven record of hitting goals
Great communicator and confident negotiator
Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations
Ready to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus (or willing to obtain)
Bilingual skills valued
