What You'll Do
Work agency provided leads to help individuals and families find the right insurance coverage
Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and relationship building
Educate clients on their coverage options and recommend solutions that fit their needs
Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service before and after the sale
Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, retail, automotive, or another customer focused industry
Strong communication and people skills
Someone who is self motivated, coachable, and enjoys working toward goals
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Willingness to obtain a Michigan Property and Casualty License and a Michigan Life and Health License
