Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, convert leads into policies
- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend coverage
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
- Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Exceed sales goals and support agency growth
- Stay current on products and compliance
- Use CRM tools for tracking and renewals
- Join team meetings and sales planning
- 1 year sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort with outbound calls and closing deals
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Well-organized and manages time effectively
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (a plus, or willing to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a bonus
- Base salary uncapped commissions
