Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into lasting policies
- Consulting with clients to assess their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
- Selling and cross-selling insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial lines)
- Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships with ongoing support and periodic policy reviews
- Consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets to help propel agency growth
- Staying current on industry products and maintaining compliance
- Managing leads, follow-ups, and renewals through CRM systems
- Taking part in team meetings and collaborating on strategies for long-term success
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
- A willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Base salary plus unlimited commission earning potential
