Key Responsibilities

As an Agent in Training, you will:

  • Drive agency growth by prospecting and converting leads into loyal clients
  • Conduct engaging sales consultations to offer tailored insurance solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Build and nurture client relationships to optimize retention and referrals
  • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets
  • Stay at the cutting edge of product and sales knowledge through ongoing training
  • Expertly utilize CRM tools for effective pipeline and relationship management
  • Participate in goal-driven team meetings and contribute to high-impact agency initiatives

Qualifications

Our ideal Agent in Training exhibits sales passion, ambition, and a hunger to learn. We are seeking candidates with:

  • 1 year or more of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing new business
  • A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and embrace feedback
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
