Key Sales Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects and converting them into policyholders
• Make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and conduct sales presentations
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
• Cross-sell additional products to meet various client needs
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects, manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals via CRM
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and agency sales quotas
• Grow revenue through exceptional customer retention and upselling
• Collaborate with team members on strategies for sustainable sales growth
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
• Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
• High comfort level making outbound sales calls and closing deals
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Excellent organization and time management
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
