Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new prospects into loyal policyholders
- Advise clients on insurance options tailored to their unique needs
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships with continuous support
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth
- Organize leads and track engagement using CRM software
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Base salary plus unlimited commission potential
