What You’ll Do
- Develop new business by prospecting, networking, and converting leads into new clients
- Conduct needs-based consultations to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a range of products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular support and policy reviews
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets to fuel your career progression and agency growth
- Stay on top of industry trends, products, and compliance standards
- Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and process renewals
- Collaborate with the team to drive collective success and participate in agency development strategies
- At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or insurance roles (preferred)
- Exceptional communicator and negotiator
- Confident making outbound calls and closing sales
- Coachable, ambitious, and willing to learn
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Base salary plus unlimited commissions—earnings grow with your results
