Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Successful Prior Sales Experience of at least 1 year.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.
• Possess an upbeat genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up exceeding current and prospective client expectations.
• Professional phone etiquette with Great Customer Service Skills.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations and be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Document each customer contact in Agency Zoom or Apex.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
