Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Document each customer contact in Agency Zoom or Apex.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Successful Prior Sales Experience of at least 1 year.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.
- Possess an upbeat genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up exceeding current and prospective client expectations.
- Professional phone etiquette with Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations and be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Salary : $46,000 - $84,000
