Role Description
We are seeking a senior Field Service Technician with 10 years of experience with asphalt pavers, street sweepers, and/or other specialty heavy equipment. to support our Colorado Springs branch. This role is responsible for advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of equipment in the field while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Asphalt pavers, street sweepers, vac-trucks, and other heavy equipment
· Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems independently
· Complete accurate work orders including labor, parts, and failure codes
· Communicate clearly with customers on repair status and recommendations
· Maximize billable efficiency and productivity
· Maintain service truck inventory and tools
· Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
· Collaborate with service, parts, and leadership teams
· Mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
· 10 years heavy equipment service experience
· Kubota engine certification preferred
· Strong diesel, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills
· Valid driver’s license with clean record
· Ability to work independently in the field
· CDL or ability to obtain (required)
