Faris Machinery is hiring a Rental Fleet Coordinator to play a critical, hands‑on role in our fleet operations. You’ll be the connector that keeps equipment compliant, documented, and ready when the business needs it.

What You’ll Do

This role sits at the heart of fleet execution and daily coordination.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain real‑time fleet status (available, rented, down)
• Coordinate equipment readiness with the Service team
• Process titles, registrations, and SMM taxes
• Track compliance expirations and renewals
• Prepare rental contracts and supporting documentation
• Ensure billing inputs are complete, accurate, and timely
• Coordinate repairs and service scheduling
• Act as the communication hub across Sales, Service, and Yard teams

Your effectiveness will be measured through real operational outcomes:

• Fleet Availability Accuracy (%)
• Compliance Completion Rate (%)
• Contract Processing Time
• Billing Accuracy (%)
• Repair Coordination Cycle Time
