- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or secretarial work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain/maintain required clearances:
- PA Child Abuse
- PA State Police
- FBI Clearance
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support office operations
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Prepare and type correspondence, reports, Individual Service Plans, and assessments
- Compile, bind, and distribute intensive assessments
- Maintain and update forms, policy and procedure manuals, and program materials
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with processing referrals via email
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or desk
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach occasionally throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment
- Ability to read screens and documents for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically
