What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Social Work or related field a plus)
  • 2 years of experience working with children and/or families preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
  • Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
  • Ability to obtain/maintain required clearances:
    • PA Child Abuse
    • PA State Police
    • FBI Clearance

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families
  • Coordinate services including medical care, education, and family visits
  • Develop and implement case plans with families and partner agencies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and case records
  • Attend court hearings, team meetings, and required trainings
  • Support safe placements and assist with the intake process
  • Arrange or provide transportation as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs
  • Stay compliant with agency policies, state regulations, and best practices

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or desk
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach occasionally throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment
  • Ability to read screens and documents for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Reasonable accommodations can be made as needed
