What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Social Work or related field a plus)
- 2 years of experience working with children and/or families preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain/maintain required clearances:
- PA Child Abuse
- PA State Police
- FBI Clearance
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families
- Coordinate services including medical care, education, and family visits
- Develop and implement case plans with families and partner agencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and case records
- Attend court hearings, team meetings, and required trainings
- Support safe placements and assist with the intake process
- Arrange or provide transportation as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs
- Stay compliant with agency policies, state regulations, and best practices
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or desk
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach occasionally throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment
- Ability to read screens and documents for extended periods
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically
- Reasonable accommodations can be made as needed
