What we’re looking for
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Content Associate Producer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. We’re seeking a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Social Content Producer to assist with original shows built for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and the next big social platforms. In this role, you’ll assist the Senior Producer on projects end-to-end—from pre-production and casting, to shoots and post-production—while keeping everything on track, on brand, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with organization, and turns ideas into highly engaging, shareable video content.
Responsibilities
- Own organic content execution from concept to launch within The Love Network organization
- Collaborate with the Senior Producer to assist with branded campaigns and celebrity executions.
- Assist Sr. Producer to manage timelines, budgets, staffing, and deliverables to ensure projects hit deadlines
- Assist with pre-production: research, scripting, casting/talent sourcing, crew coordination, and locations
- Work closely with talent on- and off-camera, building a relationship of trust and stepping in to run all types of shoots as needed.
- Collaborate with editors to provide clear, constructive, creative feedback
- Assist the producer on post-production workflows, and independently manage edits through final delivery.
- Monitor performance and adapt content based on audience growth and engagement trends

Qualifications
- 2 years of production/brand or influencer management experience, ideally in digital/social video
- Through previous work experience, strong ability to juggle many projects at once.
- Project management skills with proven ability to oversee multiple pipelines. Airtable experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in producing shareable, high-performing social content
- Deep familiarity with TikTok trends and Gen Z content styles, and dating content (your FYP is your proof!)
- Strong creative feedback skills and a sharp sense of timing/pacing in video
- Content creator experience is a big plus
Salary Range
$60,000- 70,000 - Subject to further discussion based on qualifications and experience.
