Role Description The Associate Print Post Producer is a contract, remote role responsible for coordinating and managing print post-production workflows from brief to delivery. This role oversees project timelines, organizes assets, and liaises with internal teams and external vendors to ensure print files are prepared accurately and on schedule. Daily tasks include tracking progress across multiple projects, reviewing proofs for quality and brand consistency, and handling versioning and approvals. The Associate Print Post Producer supports senior producers with scheduling, documentation, and status reporting, while helping to identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage communication across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in print production or post-production, including file preparation, proofing, and managing deliverables for print campaigns.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, track tasks, and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with print specifications, color management, and production standards across various print formats and substrates.
- Proficiency with common design and production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar), and basic understanding of prepress workflows.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, producers, and vendor partners.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in reviewing proofs, checking assets, and documenting project requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and proactive problem solving.
- Previous experience in a creative agency, studio, or marketing environment; experience in print or visual communications is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in production, design, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience is equivalent.
