Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a Per Diem. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Assess residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during assigned shift
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Respond to emergencies and provide clinical leadership during the shift
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to resident-centered care
- Prior experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
- Experience supervising nursing staff
- Per Diem
