Activities Aide Schedule
- Full-Time, primarily weekdays (office hours)
- Some weekends and occasional evenings required for special events
- Assist in planning and leading fun activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, and holiday events
- Help set up and clean activity areas
- Escort and transport residents to and from activities safely
- Provide one-on-one engagement and encouragement for residents
- Document resident participation
- Work collaboratively with the Activities Director, nursing, and therapy teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with seniors, in activities, recreation, or long-term care is preferred
- Outgoing, patient, and positive personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and flexible with schedule
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with resident transport
