Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center urgently needs an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor RIGHT NOW to lead clinical operations during weekend shifts. This high-impact leadership role ensures safe, high-quality resident care, supervises staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and provides essential oversight when weekday teams transition—your presence is vital to keep our facility running smoothly and residents supported during peak demand periods.

Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) across weekend shifts
• Oversee delivery of safe, effective, resident-centered care per physician orders and individualized care plans
• Act as the primary clinical leader and point of contact for staff, residents, families, and any weekend concerns
• Address clinical issues, incidents, changes in resident condition, and emergencies promptly
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care coordination as required
• Monitor documentation accuracy and ensure full compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes and weekend workflow
• Coordinate staffing and assignments to maintain efficient operations
• Contribute to quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement initiatives
  
  
  

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment

• Competitive pay based on experience (strong rates—Pennsylvania RN Supervisor averages $95K annually or $45–$50 /hour, with attractive weekend shift differentials to reward dedicated leaders immediately)
