Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center urgently needs compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) RIGHT NOW to join our clinical team. Your direct care expertise is essential to support resident health, deliver high-quality outcomes, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team in this skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment—especially as workforce shortages intensify.

Licensed Practical Nurses Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care following physician orders and individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely, accurately, and timely
• Monitor resident health status closely; report changes promptly to RNs or physicians
• Document all care and services precisely in the electronic medical record
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and smooth care transitions
• Supervise and guide CNAs in daily resident support activities
• Uphold rigorous compliance with infection control, safety standards, and state/federal regulations
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  
  
  

Licensed Practical Nurses Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred (new graduates and returning professionals welcome!)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem options available now
