Your Role as an LPN:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll lead your care team in providing total, resident-centered care. Working closely with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure that each resident’s care plan is followed with compassion, professionalism, and heart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for total care of residents on your assigned team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other care providers
- Promote independence, dignity, and a meaningful quality of life
- Serve as a mentor and role model to other care staff
- Respond to emergencies and exercise strong clinical judgment
- Current LPN license (Pennsylvania)
- Rehab or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Flexibility with scheduling
- A caring, resident-first mindset and commitment to team success
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
- Computer proficiency preferred (EMR experience a plus)
