Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces.
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally.
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment for all occupants.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
