Housekeeping Laundry Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas.
• Manage laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels efficiently.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety regulations.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, buffing, and waxing as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Uphold the principles of hospitality by providing friendly and courteous service to guests at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and materials for various surfaces is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
