Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces to ensure convenience and comfort.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other high-traffic areas to uphold a welcoming environment.
• Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning equipment and chemical handling.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, buffing, and polishing.
• Previous hotel experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service standards.
• Familiarity with hospitality operations and customer service principles to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
