Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with efficiency and a positive attitude
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records
- Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a calm and solution-focused approach
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with reservations or information requests
- Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel experience with a focus on guest services and guest relations
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse guest base
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and resort environments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
