In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the integrity of our nightly financial and administrative processes. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with efficiency and a positive attitude
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records
• Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a calm and solution-focused approach
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting with reservations or information requests
• Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel experience with a focus on guest services and guest relations
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse guest base
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and resort environments is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
