Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management
  • Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive team environment
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring swift resolution
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Maintain comprehensive guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards, hotel policies, and safety protocols at all times

Experience

  • Marriott experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with Stay PMS is a plus.
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on guest relations
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy in financial reporting
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution capabilities

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
