Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, directions, and personalized recommendations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services and resort operations, enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
