Your Impact

As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll help physicians provide accurate diagnoses by performing high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring every patient receives safe, compassionate, and professional care.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by providers.
• Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Explain imaging procedures and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Operate digital radiography equipment while following all radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain imaging equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Keep imaging rooms organized, clean, and ready for patient care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and radiation safety standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License (Diagnostic Radiography).
• ARRT Certification (RT(R)).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.

Preferred

• Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
• Experience with digital radiography and PACS systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
