Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Project Manager. Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include managing resources and timelines, coordinating with project teams, handling logistics and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure consistent communication and project updates.Qualifications & Requirements· Full-time, on-site position (Miami) — 40 hours/week.· 3 years of experience in Construction Project Management, with proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and overall project performance.· Daily coordination with the superintendent, APM, subcontractors, and internal project team.· Responsible for managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation.· Support the team in maintaining the project schedule, quality standards, and budget expectations.· Proficiency in conducting site inspections, enforcing quality control, and ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.· Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate effectively with superintendents, APMs, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.· Knowledge of local codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus.· Experience using construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) is advantageous.· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.· Strong professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Company DescriptionEzone Staffing is a trusted US-based recruitment partner, connecting top talent with leading companies across the United States.
