JOB SUMMARY
The Client Engagement Coordinator plays an important support role within the Client Engagement team, working closely with the Vice President of Client Engagement to ensure exceptional service for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys building relationships while supporting operational processes.
This role has multiple openings and is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing incoming client inquiries, assisting with client needs, and creating clear documentation and guides to support internal processes and client interactions. The Client Engagement Coordinator will help ensure that communication, follow ups, and client support activities are handled efficiently and professionally.
This is a hybrid position, working two days a week in the Tampa office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitor and respond to incoming client email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with addressing client needs, requests, and follow up actions
- Support the Vice President of Client Engagement in maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients when needed
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and internal meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow up action items when needed
- Ensure all logistics and materials are organized for client meetings
- Create and maintain internal guides, reference materials, and process documentation
- Assist in improving and organizing workflows related to client engagement
- Help ensure processes are clear, consistent, and easy for clients to follow
- Track client requests, tasks, and follow ups to ensure timely completion
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, or materials for client meetings
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Other responsibilities as assigned to aid in client relationship management

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five or more years related experience and/or training
