Who You Will Be...
As a Client Engagement Specialist you will primarily be responsible for strengthening relationships with our existing clients—empowering them with the knowledge and resources needed to get the most out of our industry leading SaaS platform. As their product advocate, you will help drive engagement through outreach activities (email, phone, Zoom meetings) designed to highlight new functionality, recommend best practices, engage with company-led initiatives and solve complex questions.
Working directly with our clients, you will become a significant contributor to our award winning and industry leading customer service experience. Through relationship building and regular communication, you will identify our many client advocates so we can best leverage their testimonials and replicate their success. You will also be responsible for supporting at-risk accounts, helping them overcome any challenges and earn their continued business. In addition to monitoring the overall satisfaction of each account, you will also play a part in identifying opportunities to introduce clients to additional products, services, and administrator certifications that align with their evolving needs.
As a critical member of the Client Services team you will work cross functionally with all departments to engage resources and represent the collective voice of our clients. As a frontline employee you will also be providing valuable feedback to management and ensuring insights and concerns are addressed as well as providing your own feedback for the continual improvement of our product and infrastructure as a whole.
