Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor service plans tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring they align with personal goals and community standards.
- Develop and implement programs that promote social engagement, skill-building, and community integration for clients with developmental disabilities.
- Manage relationships with clients, families, service providers, and community partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise staff members, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate documentation, managing budgets, and tracking program outcomes to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular assessments of client progress and adjust services accordingly to maximize positive outcomes.
Skills
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in program development tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
- Solid administrative experience including record keeping, budgeting, and report writing.
- Supervising experience that demonstrates leadership in training, mentoring, and motivating staff members.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices related to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Hours: 40
Schedule: Generally, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm must be available after hours and on weekends to take calls from employees, managers, supervisors and directors as needed.
Wage: $23.00 to $25.15/hour depending on caseload
