Role Summary:
This team will provide, and coordinate participant related administrative services previously delivered by Client Relationship Managers (CRMs). The primary responsibility is to provide support by fulfilling participant-level transactions/requests initiated by participant calls. Representatives will be knowledgeable and able to assist with requests received via phone by the Contact Center, including our 800 Line. Requests will be delivered to this team via Salesforce workflow allowing for potential lower talk times and ultimately reduced call wait times for the Contact Center. In addition, this team will be transaction focused, allowing for more timely processing with increased accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- The team will serve as support for the requests initiated by participant calls and inquiries
- Day-to-day responsibilities include processing participant level transactions/requests such as:
- Document reprints
- Assistance with account and transaction reviews
- Processing non-financial transactions related to participant inquiries
- Responding to participant requests for information
- Provide support for Withdrawal Processing and Beneficiary Claims
- Maintaining associated Salesforce records and initiating Salesforce cases for the specific tasks to the appropriate department(s)
- Proactively support fraud reduction efforts by contacting participants who facilitated large distributions to confirm transaction validity
- Coordinate efforts with the Anti-Fraud Unit to ensure accounts are protected against fraudulent distributions request
- Review documentation and plan provisions related to Loan and Withdrawal requests submitted by participants in plans utilizing our Aggregation and Monitoring Services
- Special projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent business writing, presentation, and phone skills
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business day
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Active FINRA SIE and Series 6, or must be obtained within the first 180 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Former experience processing claims or working in banking/financial service processing departments
- Former transactional experience, particularly in client/individual services

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range: $40,200 - $60,300
