RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Installation and Service Coordinator is the bridge between our customers and our technicians, supporting accurate clerical operations and efficient dispatching processes. You speak with customers over the phone and through email, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions. Attentively, you schedule service appointments and provide accurate quotes for the work. You route technicians appropriately, assigning jobs based on location and abilities to optimize our daily operations. You also maintain a well-stocked inventory, proactively ordering more parts as needed. Your impact is felt in our office every day!
YOUR SCHEDULE
This clerical position works roughly 30-hours per week from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to use and learn order management software
