Extension is seeking a Training Coordinator for a contract opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistics for corporate training programs, including scheduling, registration, communications, and materials.
- Manage training calendars, class rosters, enrollment tracking, and participant communications.
- Partner with facilitators and internal teams to ensure training sessions are organized and delivered successfully.
- Coordinate travel, hotels, catering, meeting spaces, and vendor logistics for training events.
- Maintain training dashboards, reports, and documentation while tracking attendance and program metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Deliver an exceptional learner experience by providing timely support before, during, and after training events.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in training coordination, learning operations, HR coordination, event planning, project coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Smartsheet.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), reporting dashboards, or corporate learning programs is a plus.
Pay Information
$24 - $29/hour
