Overview
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager to lead production, supply chain, service, shipping/receiving, and customer service operations. Reporting directly to ownership, this role will drive operational performance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance while supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing, materials, service, shipping/receiving, and customer service teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost, and delivery
- Manage staffing, materials, and operational resources to meet business objectives
- Oversee supplier relationships, sourcing initiatives, and supply chain performance
- Establish and monitor departmental KPIs
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 10 years of manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience
- Experience in a regulated industry; medical device manufacturing preferred
- Strong supplier management, sourcing, and supply chain optimization experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and continuous improvement background
Salary & Schedule
- $100,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience
- Onsite in Pewaukee, WI
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
