How You Will Make an Impact
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of clients, offering Contract, Contract-Hire, and Direct Hire staffing solutions for professional-level roles. We specialize in Professional, Accounting/Finance, and Technical staffing, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. You will serve as the liaison between clients and our internal recruiting teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service and experiences to our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record of success in sales or business development (staffing experience is a big plus!)
- A passion for hunting new business and generating opportunities
- Experience in managing a book of business and communicating effectively at all levels, including C-suite executives
- The ability to identify decision-makers and solve their key staffing and hiring challenges
- A charismatic personality that helps you build strong, lasting relationships
- Highly self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work autonomously
- A desire for in-person client interaction, whether it’s over a Brewer or Bucks game or any other opportunity to strengthen relationships
- A strong drive to hit goals and KPIs
- A competitive spirit and resilience in overcoming challenges and setbacks
