Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts in a 24/5 operation
- Drive equipment reliability improvements
- Build and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Perform hands-on maintenance while leading day-to-day operations
- Partner with leadership and CI teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Proven ability to improve uptime and implement reliability strategies
- Experience with CMMS, root cause analysis and maintenance planning
- Background in packaging, converting, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary Information
- Up to $130,000 annually bonus/profit sharing
