Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Sales and Sales/Project teams
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Act as a liaison between Sales and internal departments to ensure smooth communication
Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential documentation with discretion
Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, and recording/distributing minutes
Desired Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership (manufacturing preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
Salary Information
$45k - $55k/year
