Project Manager

Extension is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization located in Port Washington, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Manage the quotation process and oversee the transition of new business into manufacturing
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project success
• Collaborate with Engineering and Plant leadership to determine labor rates and project requirements for quotes
• Communicate project timelines, production schedules, material requirements, and equipment availability with plant personnel
• Coordinate with Purchasing and internal teams to obtain and manage raw material specifications
• Maintain quoting documentation and historical pricing databases
• Ensure customer expectations are met through strong project coordination and customer service

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment
• 3 years of project management experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and organizational levels
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer relationship management skills

Salary Information

• $70k - $90k/year
