Extension is seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in New Berlin, WI.

Hands-on, independent role with high visibility across the business
Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting including A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Process payroll for ~30 full-time employees plus a seasonal workforce of 80
Handle sales tax reporting and filings
Enter and code invoices, post customer payments, and manage billing cycles
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis
Audit daily cash reports and manage deposits, including remote banking tools
Maintain accurate financials within QuickBooks Online (required)
Support employee onboarding and assist with payroll-related documentation
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Strong, well-rounded bookkeeping experience across multiple accounting functions (A/P, A/R, payroll, etc.)
QuickBooks Online experience is required
Experience in a high-volume and/or seasonal payroll environment
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
Experience is valued over formal education; high school diploma required
Salary Information
$55,000 – $65,000/year
