Job description:
Extension, Inc. is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client located in Brookfield. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales, production, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer communications via phone, email, and fax
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide pricing quotes and delivery information for orders and inquiries
- Accurately enter customer purchase orders and generate corresponding sales and production orders
- Send order confirmations and ensure all order details are correct
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation, including service logs, open work orders, maintenance agreements, warranty work, and billing information
- Input and maintain accurate customer data within company systems
- Draft correspondence, documentation, and other materials as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Pay: $20-$23/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
Work Location: In person
